Eddie Fowler: I’m Eddie. Along with my wife Helen and my daughters, Tanya and Stacey we run a business called Welshpool Outdoors.
We've been in business here over 50 years. We service most things mechanical. We predominantly sell and service agricultural motorbikes chainsaws, mowers, brush cutters we just about do anything that's got a motor in it.
I first joined Capricorn in 1996. I could see the advantages for a small business. Especially because you don't have the contacts. And it gave me all the contacts that I wanted and more. We've got avenues open to us, through Capricorn, just to service the industry.
It's 50 years for us. And it's not five days a week. It's seven and eight days a week. And has been for years. That's where it sits. If you want to have a business in a small country town, you've got to be willing to adapt and try and help the customer where you can. It doesn't really matter what pulls up out the front or is broken down. We have the opportunity to service that problem and look after the customer if they so wish. I'm just proud that we're here to help.
