Colleen has been at Capricorn for 14 years, and with Emma by her side, she is in charge of getting Purple Pages on Members' desk every year. Colleen has published over 85 Purple Pages and plays a significant role in connecting our Members with our Preferred Suppliers. We had a chat with Colleen working with Preferred Suppliers to get an invaluable resource to Members, year after year.

“When I came to Capricorn, I thought, well, it didn't feel corporate to me. It just felt like more of like a big family business. We've always stood behind great customer service, looking after our Members in the way of, you know, listening to what they have to say and understanding and adapting to their needs.

Through the years that I’ve worked with suppliers, you know, generally I have built beautiful, wonderful relationships with them. They are so nice. They are seriously so nice. And they are like a piece of cake to deal with.

When I started back in 2010, in Capricorn, I did everything from the selling part to the production until it literally was on the Members' desk. I prefer to focus more on the sales side. So back in 2018, we were able to get Emma to join in and I gave her the production reins. I just gave everything over to her and she's done a great job. Emma and I work so well together. You know, we just gel. We just get each other.

You know, I've been here for 14 years and my service stands behind it, you know. I mean, I'm really happy in this role and I really enjoy what I do. It's just easy to come to work and enjoy what I do.”
