David Fraser: There are those sorts of proud moments that we've all experienced throughout, the, sort of, 50 year journey.
Trent Barlett: Wow, it’s hard to narrow it down to one.
Frank O'Connor: Probably, the first time we turned over $100,000 in a month, it was one of those, we’re gonna get there. We gonna get there. We finally got there. It was little bits at a time. Chipping away. Yeah, it’s really from little things big things can grow, right? And, you know, that that would have been a milestone moment and one to celebrate, no doubt. I’d lead the staff in a conga line through the office. So we celebrated our successes. Well building on Frank's legacy, I took what you'd brought it to and then, I was hoping that we'd get to a billion in 10 years and we got to a billion. About, what, eight weeks to go or something.
Trent: So I only just got there with the team. So that was - Hitting that milestone was important.
David: Brad, what would one of your most memorable moments be?
Brad Gannon: I think until you've gone your first gala dinner and display that really brings home the size and scale of what Capricorn is.
David: You know, those events, and certainly to the scale that they've become now are really, you know, there's part of the fabric that holds the whole business model together, right? You know, the fact that our Members, like to come together, they're happy to share their war stories with one another, and learn from each other. And I think, you know, that's that's part of the social fabric that's been created here at Capricorn.
