Meet David Banning, the new SA/NT Member Director

With a career spanning nearly 40 years, David Banning has dedicated his life to the automotive industry. Now, as the newly elected SA/NT Member Director, he brings his experience, leadership, and passion for Member success to the Capricorn Board, helping shape the future of both Capricorn and the industry.

David said, “Capricorn has been a vital part of my business journey, offering the support and community that independent workshops need to thrive.”

As the owner of Ultra Tune Modbury and Golden Grove, David has built a thriving business while navigating the many challenges and opportunities that come with running a workshop. He understands firsthand what it takes to keep an automotive business strong and is committed to ensuring Capricorn continues to provide Members with the right tools, resources, and support.

David’s extensive experience and deep industry connections make him a valuable addition to the Board, where he will represent SA/NT Members and help guide Capricorn’s future direction.
