SwiftStatement by Spenda is an innovative digital tool designed to streamline the process of managing, matching, and reconciling transactions made through the Capricorn Trade Account.

Flexible and cost-effective

SwiftStatement offers the flexibility to reconcile accounts from July 2024. Currently, the software integrates with the popular account platforms, Xero and MYOB.

Members using Xero and MYOB can enjoy a free trial, allowing them to reconcile their accounts for both the month they sign up and the previous month.

For example, if sign up happens in January, Members can reconcile their December and January transactions for free.

Following the trial, a monthly fee of $99 (including GST) will be charged. This occurs on the second day of the month. Cancellation must be done before the trial period ends to avoid the monthly fee.**

Get Started with SwiftStatement in a few easy steps

  1. Visit myCAP and click on SwiftStatement on the left-hand menu, or click here to visit the page
  2. Choose an option: request more information, book an assisted session, or get set up at your own pace
  3. Once you are ready to create your account, you’ll need to accept the terms and conditions
  4. Connect your accounting system and sync your accounts payable ledger
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your account set up
  6. Start reconciling

** Members using eligible accounting platforms can trial SwiftStatement for free for the month you sign up and the prior month. You will be charged $99 p/m (including GST) to your Capricorn Trade Account starting on the second day of the month following sign up unless you cancel beforehand. For example, if you sign up for a trial in November 2024, you can reconcile October 2024 and November 2024, and you will not be charged if you cancel by 1 December 2024.
