"Higgins Bros has been Higgins Bros for about 60 years. Originally I joined Higgins Bros 23 years ago I was a nurse at Cunnamulla Hospital for 17 years and I came over and became part of the business. In the first six months, we had to learn to be an administrator go to GST with ledger books, and then computerise. So it was a huge development for Higgins Bros in the first six months of being part of it.

Capricorn has been wonderful in helping the growth of our business. We are a long way away from our major suppliers, and to have access to Capricorn preferred suppliers means we have a great connection to them and they're able to steer us in the right direction. It's been really wonderful to collect points with Capricorn. I did a scenic trip to Budapest and Amsterdam some eight years ago, and I would never have been able to make that trip without my Capricorn points. It meant that I was able to travel business class. It was an exciting time in my life and it was a lot of fun. Capricorn fulfilled that dream for me of traveling.

Capricorn is wonderful in the fact that it helps us have an Area Manager and Dave is mine and he comes out regularly to see me. He's a great source of information and also encouragement. He reminds me often that we are doing way better than I think we are.
